# PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.
Individual coaching payments are non-refundable.
Programs may be canceled within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase unless substantial portions of the program have already been accessed or completed. After fourteen (14) days, all program purchases become non-refundable.
Corporate consulting and corporate training engagements are governed by the terms of each signed service agreement.
Rescheduling requests for coaching sessions require at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice may be considered forfeited.
